The mission
of BCTV is to enhance the unity and strength of the
community by providing:
- a medium for community
dialogue and educational opportunities
- a source of
information of local, national, and international origin
- a forum for the
exchange of ideas on issues and topics of community
Berks Community Television
is unique in its commitment to provide a forum for public
discourse on all kinds to topics that affect the Berks
community. The nature of commercial news precludes devoting
more than 3 minutes to any one topic. As a community-based
organization, Berks Community Television's mission is to
provide Berks County residents with the resources to engage
in dialogue at length and explore issues in depth.
