Terms of use

By using bctv.org, users agree to these policies.

Users must register to comment on stories. They will provide true and accurate information when they register, and create only one account per person.

Users who submit text, photos, video or other content remain the owners of the content. Submitting content indicates permission for the content to be displayed on the site.

Users who submit content accept full liability for their submission, attest that they acquired or developed the material legally and that they alone are responsible to defend any claims that they didn’t.

Users will not submit material under copyright they do not own. If such material is inadvertently posted, it will be removed as soon as the copyright owner requests.

Commenting

When commenting, you may not use profanity, make personal attacks or use libelous, hateful, harassing or sexual language.

We will remove content we deem inappropriate.

Privacy

By using our Web site, you agree that you understand our privacy policy.

Information collection

We may track how our visitors use this site. We may analyze and collect information about use patterns and share the aggregate information with advertisers, but it would not contain any information – such as names, phone numbers, addresses or e-mail addresses -- that could identify you personally.
