LuAnn Oatman, Eric Brown, and Eric (Rick) Wolf have been appointed to the organization’s Board to help individuals further achieve a level of well-being in their home of choice.

Wyomissing, Pa., April 24, 2017 – Home Health Care Management, Inc. (HHCM) has introduced three new respected community members to its current board of directors to serve its family of non-profit organizations including Berks Visiting Nurse Association (VNA), Pottstown VNA and Advantage Home Care: LuAnn Oatman, president and CEO, Berks Encore, Reading, Pa.; Eric Brown, general manager, DoubleTree by Hilton, Reading, Pa.; and Eric (Rick) Wolf, founder, Embrace the Challenge LLC, Reading, Pa.

“It’s a great honor to be appointed to HHCM’s Board of Directors. I’m excited to play an integral part in helping our communities access resources to keep them healthy and nurse them to health in the comfort of their own homes when they need it,” said Oatman. The sentiment was echoed by Brown and Wolf.

A proponent of advocacy for independent living and community education, Oatman brings a wealth of experience from leading the vision for Berks Encore, a non-profit that offers support services for older adults and seniors. Her other related experience includes Makin’ It Happen Coalition, Manchester, NH; Massachusetts Service Alliance, Boston, Mass.; and Reading Musical Foundation, Reading, Pa.

Brown is heavily integrated in the Reading area and involved with its influential partners through community events. He has worked as an advocate for Berks VNA to make its inaugural Festival of Trees a successful event, and is investing time again this year. With extensive management experience in the hospitality industry, Brown’s background is valuable as he can extend his skills to connect VNA with community members. Previous employment includes positions at Crowne Plaza, Wyomissing, Pa.; Best Western-Eden Resort, Lancaster, Pa; and the Radisson Hotel, Utica, NY.

Wolf brings an educational outlook and deep community roots to the VNAs. He is the recent founder of Embrace the Challenge, LLC, a consultative services organization for schools and non-profit organizations, and spent 37 years in public school administration at Governor Mifflin School District, Shillington, Pa., and Marple Newtown School District, Newtown Square, Pa.

“These talented individuals are already heavily involved in the community through their careers and personal lives. I look forward to working with them as they use their talents and experiences to help the VNAs remain visible in the community and generate even more awareness around the health programs we provide and four-star quality in-home care,” said Constance Morrison, president and CEO, HHCM.
