Reading Public Library Summer Job Workshop for Teens

Reading, PA – Teens have an opportunity to get a head start on their summer job search at Reading Public Library on 100 South 5th Street in Reading with three workshops taking place on May 16, 23, and 30 from 4:30-6:30 PM.

Each workshop will cover different topics to help teens prepare for their job search. Workshop #1 will provide tips for completing job applications and creating a winning resume. Workshop #2 will continue resume work and discuss follow up for applications. Workshop #3 will cover preparing for an interview including what to say, wear, and bring along; as well as how to follow up afterward.

Workshops are for teens in 9th-12th grade, or ages 14-18. Each participant will receive a free flash drive and folder compliments of Reading Public Library.
