Online Bidding is Now Open for “Auction Action”

Auction Action on BCTV

“Auction Action” is a public-private partnership between The Renaissance Auction Group and BCTV. Many of the items in the auction have direct historical ties to the city of Reading and the area. A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit BCTV. The auction will close live on BCTV Tuesday, May 30th starting at 7:00 p.m.

The program is hosted by Bill Howze, the owner of The Renaissance Auction Group in Reading, Pa., and host of the popular BCTV show All That Stuff.

All lots start at $5.00 and sell to the highest bidder 

Original art, vintage and contemporary prints, furniture, art pottery, Mid-Century Modern, glassware, paper ephemera, postcards, oriental carpets, hunting and fishing, items of interest from Reading, Berks County, SE PA and the larger region.

Items and additional photos will be uploaded daily until the catalog is complete 

Estate items not included in the catalog will be offered during auction previews

‘Auction Action On BCTV’ is an online auction closing live on Berks Community Television On Tuesday May 30th beginning at 7PM, featuring antiques, collectibles and other items of interest. Original artwork, prints, furniture, pottery, porcelain, postcards, paper ephemera, hunting and fishing items, items relating to Reading, Berks County, SE Pennsylvania and the larger region.

This program is a public – private partnership between The Renaissance Auction Group and BCTV, with our community media organization receiving a portion of the profits from each auction.

There’s still time to consign items to this event in all categories of antiques, collectibles and fine art including, but not limited to, coins, jewelry, sterling silver, fine porcelain and glassware, original art, vintage prints, paper ephemera, postcards, books, antique and fine furniture, sports collectibles, textiles, items of local interest from Reading, Berks County, SE PA and surrounding areas.
