DESCCO Design & Construction is hosting its 13th Annual Dwight E. Stoltzfus Memorial Trade Scholarship Event.
This event will generate funds for Trade Scholarships at Pennsylvania College of Technology in honor and memory of Dwight E. Stoltzfus.
Scholarships are awarded annually to students in need who are from the Berks County area and are studying a “trades” curriculum at Penn Tech.
DESCCO’s founder, Dwight Stoltzfus, held people who worked with their hands in high regard. The Trades Scholarship is an excellent way to imprint Dwight’s standard of quality on the building trades and will help that standard last for generations to come.
This year, the Scholarship Event will be a Sporting Clays Shoot held Friday, September 8, 2017, at M&E Sporting Clays in Hamburg, PA.
Registration and lunch will begin at 12 pm with shooting to start at 1:30 pm. The shoot will also include a dinner and awards ceremony with prizes for shooter and raffle opportunities!
We would love to have as many shooters as possible for an enjoyable day of networking, fundraising and clay shooting fun!
Each person involved in the shoot will help us guarantee success in giving scholarships to students attending Pennsylvania College of Technology to help them advance their careers in the trades.
