Special Presentation on Suicide Bombers by FBI Special Agent

Former FBI Special Agent Rodney Loose will give a presentation on Suicide Bombers Today at the Wyomissing Public Library on Tuesday, September 5th at 7:00 pm.

A suicide bomber is defined as a person who has a bomb on his or her body in an attempt to kill other people and him or her self. Mr. Loose will discuss the current state of suicide bombings, who is responsible for them, their effectiveness in achieving their goals, what the United States can do, and how to protect oneself when traveling abroad.

Loose is a Wilson High School graduate and recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from Millersville University. He retired from the FBI in 2007 and is currently an Adjunct Faculty member at Alvernia University, where he teaches in the Criminal Justice department.
