One of Only Three PA Companies to Receive DesignationReading, PA. – Breyer Construction & Landscape has been ranked among the top 60 construction remodelers nationwide in customer satisfaction, according to a survey published in the July issue of QualityRemodeler magazine. Breyer was one of only three companies in Pennsylvania to be named to the list.The survey was conducted by GuildQuality, a leader in web-based customer satisfaction surveys for the residential construction industry. It was sent to thousands of remodelers’ clients who evaluated 19 “satisfaction drivers,” such as quality of materials, cleanliness and safety, work done right, and communication.Breyer received a 100% recommend rate in 2016 and a 92.88% all-time recommend rate among its 127 clients who participated in the survey.Matt Breyer, owner of the Reading-based full-service remodeler, which specializes in outdoor living spaces, customized decks, and indoor remodeling, believes good communication is a key factor in the survey results. “True customer service relies on constantly checking in with the client, especially with something as multi-faceted as a construction project.” he says. “This higher and more detailed level of interaction allows us to identify and address issues early and resolve them quickly.
