The Combined Veterans Council Announces Event to Commemorate Veterans Day in Berks

At 11:00 am on Saturday, November 11, 2017, the Combined Veterans Council of Berks County will host the Veterans Day ceremony in Veterans Grove, CityPark, Reading.  The ceremony will honor our military, veterans and the people who support them through every part of their service to our country. 

The Memory Walk in Veterans’ Grove will be officially dedicated by the Berks Monument Preservation Fund during the Ceremony.

Keynote Speaker will be Judge James Lillis, U.S. Air Force and PA Air National Guard veteran.

Craig Johnson will provide patriotic music prior to the event.

Students from the Wyomissing High School will sing the National Anthem and God Bless America.
