WEST READING, PA — Encrypted Escape, a live escape-game experience, recently opened its doors at 600 Penn Avenue, below Say Cheese! In West Reading. As one of the newest and fastest-growing sectors of the entertainment industry, escape rooms offer physical and mental interactive games that encourage players to work as a team to decipher clues, open locks and solve puzzles to ‘escape’ from the ‘room’ before time runs out.
On November 30th, Encrypted Escape opened with one themed room, Biker’s Revenge. In this immersive experience, game players are working undercover to infiltrate a criminal gang. Game players have 60 minutes to find the evidence and get out with your life! The Biker’s Revenge room is suggested for
8-10 players and will be challenging for children under the age of 14. Children under age 14 are permitted with parent or guardian present in the room.
“We’re excited to be the first stand-alone escape rooms to open in the area,” says Jeremy Freymoyer, co-founder of Encrypted Escape. “There are many places to shop, eat and drink, but West Reading is missing a spot strictly for entertainment. The Encrypted Escape rooms will compliment the current West Reading business landscape by adding a non-competitive destination.”
Bikers Revenge is the first of three escape rooms at Encrypted in West Reading. Vikings Raid, a completely different experience will open by the end of December 2017 and our third room we are keeping a mystery.
