Make a resolution to be well in the New Year!

A powerful, life-changing program developed by Stanford University, this highly participative, evidence-based program helps individuals with diabetes learn how to TAKE CHARGE in the management of their disease and overall health to lead active and fulfilling lives!

Living Well with Diabetes is a six-week class geared toward people with diabetes or prediabetes and their family members.  The program helps participants to become active self-managers of their condition.

There is no fee for the classes; however, a textbook is available for purchase.  Classes will be scheduled throughout the year in various location.

Current classes include:

Fleetwood Library

110 W. Arch Street, Fleetwood

Wednesdays 9:00-11:30am January 31-March 7

Good Shepherd UCC

170 Tuckerton Road, Reading

Thursdays 1:00-3:30pm February 1-March 8

Walnut Woods

35 N. Walnut Street, Boyertown

Wednesdays 1:00-3:30pm February 7-March 14
