Reading-based theater company announces town hall meeting

March 3, 2018 — The Reading Theater Project, whose mission is to create original and new theater productions, announces a town-hall meeting for individuals who would like to become involved with the company on and off stage.

Details of the 2018 season and discussion of the opportunities for involvement in the 2019 season – including auditions, readings, improvisations, design and technical skills, writing and organizational work — will be presented.

The town-hall will take place on Saturday March 17 at 2 p.m. at the Yocum Institute for Arts Education 1100 Belmont Avenue, Wyomissing.

The Reading Theater Project is a multi-generational collective of performing artists who create new theater in Reading, Pa. Since 2003, RTP has given local professional performing artists an artistic home, with opportunities for collaboration and development.

For more information on the meeting, donations, ticket purchases, and how to get involved, visit ReadingTheaterProject.com or call 484-706-9719.
