State Route 0012, Section 02M Warren Street Bypass Betterment ProjectThe Pennsylvania Department of Transportation invites you to attend a public plans display for the State Route 0012-02M Betterment Project located in City of Reading, Muhlenberg Township, and the Borough of Wyomissing, Berks County.The project extends from the Tulpehocken Creek bridge east past to the Spring Valley Road Interchange to the end of the concrete pavement surface near the municipal boundary between Muhlenberg Township and Alsace Township.The proposed project will include milling and overlay of bituminous pavement, diamond grinding of concrete pavement, concrete pavement patching, installation of curb for driveway closures, guide rail and single face barrier upgrades, concrete glare screen installation, pavement restriping to provide lengthened acceleration lanes, and tree removal and trimming.Your input counts!April 25, 20186:00 PM to 8:00 PMCouncil Chambers Room – Reading City Hall815 Washington StreetReading, PA 19601
