SHILLINGTON, Pa. – The Heritage of Green Hills, a healthy life plan community in Shillington, has appointed Alicia Baldwin as marketing, move-in coordinator. In this role she oversees resident move ins, modifications to apartments and works closely with the sales and marketing director to meet occupancy goals. She also oversees prospect direct mails and advertising.
Previously, Baldwin was administrative assistant/front desk specialist at The Heritage. She also has previous administrative experience at Hafer Environmental Services and the Berks County District Attorney’s Office, both in Reading, Pa.
Baldwin is a graduate of Mt. Penn High School in Mt. Penn, Pa., and attended both East Stroudsburg University and Pennsylvania State University, Berks campus. She is a resident of Cumru Township, Pa.
“Alicia has been a valued Heritage employee for nearly four years,” said Douglas Walther, executive director of The Heritage of Green Hills. “Our residents and staff have come to depend upon her and appreciate her work.
