See You at the Market…

We can’t wait to see you on OPENING DAY – Thursday, June 7, 10am-2pm at Penn Square (NW corner of 5th & Penn Sts). Get ready to fill your bags with fresh, local produce, breads, dairy products and other artisan crafts and goods. Come hungry and grab lunch with friends from a hot food vendor or just take a break to sit and enjoy live entertainment.

We’re excited to announce the return of Berks Farm Bucks, in partnership with the Friends of Reading Hospital, as well as Reading Food Bucks, in partnership with The Food Trust of Philadelphia. We’re proud to empower market customers to make the most of their spending and to make it easier for everyone to get fresh, local food. Learn more at the Information Stand.

PARKING!

FREE parking will be available at the 4th & Cherry Parking Garage – the exit gate will be open (no vouchers needed this year)! if you have any questions please stop by the Information Stand. We thank the Reading Parking Authority for their support of the Penn Street Market. Of course, bicycle parking is always free and available at the bike racks at Penn Square.
