Tournament has raised more than $37,000 to assist community residents whose healthy lives have extended beyond their financial resources or are faced with unexpected expenses.
SHILLINGTON, Pa. – The Heritage of Green Hills, a healthy life plan community, held its sixth annual Heritage of Green Hills Golf Outing on June 8 at the Flying Hills Golf Club in Shillington. The event raised $7,500 to support The Heritage Benefit Fund, which assists residents of the community whose healthy lives have extended beyond their financial resources or who are faced with unexpected medical expenses. To date, the outing has raised more than $37,000.
The format for the outing was a four-player scramble. The winning team with the lowest score was the foursome of (from left to right in the photo at left) Mark Plosa of Hellertown, Paul Valerio of Limerick, Mike Bucklin of Sinking Springs and Brian Ludwig of Mohnton.
