Jennifer Frost Appointed Executive VP, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer of Customers Bank

Wyomissing, Pa. – Customers Bank, the region’s leading super-community bank with operations in Pennsylvania, D.C., Illinois, New York, New Jersey and New England, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Jennifer Frost to the role of Executive Vice President, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer.

Frost joined Customers Bank in 2016 as Senior Vice President, Director of Operations and Administration. In her new role, she will continue to manage the strategic direction of operations and administration in the organization, while delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance efficiency and profitability, among other duties. Frost reports to James Collins, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.

Prior to joining Customers Bank, Frost served as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Technology Officer of QNB Bank from 2011 through 2015, and in various roles with Republic First Bank, including Director of Operations and IT, from 2003 through 2011. 

Frost holds a M.B.A., MIS concentration, from Villanova University, and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, University of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Society of Information Management (SIM) and SIM Women; a Volunteer for the non-profit organization Tech Girlz; a Bucks County Community College Foundation Trustee; and a Lehigh Valley 40 Under 40 Award recipient.
