Plan to join us and help make a difference in our community. There are opportunities to lead a committee, or to get involved in the important planning stages to make this event a success! Positions are available for the following committees. Do you have a skill that you can offer?Finance: manage bank account, budgets, and financial statements Volunteers: coordinate volunteers and assignmentsMarketing/PR: create emails, manage social media sites, create promotional materials Vendors & Donations: coordinate vendors and donations, make contact with businesses and past participants Logistics: submit permit applications, coordinate parking, create map of vendors, manage set up and tear downMusic & Entertainment: secure musical groups to perform, contact DJ Victor and Santa Claus, set up Santa tentOutreach: contact area organizations who work with those in need in the community to help share the word about the eventIf you’re willing to lend a hand, we invite you to join us and learn how you can help us make a difference!
