Reading, PA – ReadingFilmFEST, presented by The Edwin Barbey Charitable Trust, debuted its inaugural FiveMinuteFilmFEST – a film competition for Berks County High School students with 50 guests at the WCR Center, on October 18. Thanks, in support by a grant from the Berks County Community Foundation, this event encouraged young filmmakers to explore the world of filmmaking and screen their films during their own private reception.
