Heated Recliner Loveseats Coming to Fox Berkshire

Used Recliners Will Be Donated to Local Organizations

Wyomissing, PA – Fox Theatres is excited to announce the latest upgrade to their luxury experience: heated recliner loveseats! In time for the Thanksgiving blockbusters, Fox Berkshire will install brand new heated recliner loveseats in the two largest auditoriums.

The new plush seating will give moviegoers the ultimate in comfort with heated cushions and the same electric controls as the current recliners, reclining the seat back and raising the footrest.

Each seat will also have a convenient swinging tray table with a cupholder.

After announcing the upcoming installation of new heated recliner loveseats, Fox Berkshire social media followers enthusiastically suggested donating the 126 used electric loveseats to local community organizations. Since then, twenty-one organizations have been contacted directly. Abilities in Motion, an agency providing services and programs for individuals with

disabilities in the region, has already responded and plans to use the recliners for sensory-friendly events and youth transition programs.

“As an independent movie theater based in Reading, we have a responsibility and opportunity to give back to our community. In addition to offering an exceptional movie-going experience for our customers, we can pass along our comfortable recliner experience to local organizations,” said Donald Fox, President of Fox Theatres.

Non-profit, health care, and community-focused organizations that are interested in a donation of used recliner loveseats are encouraged to contact Fox Theatres directly.
