Fire + Ice Fest returns

The Reading Fire + Ice Fest will return to downtown Reading for its fifth year in January! Produced and organized by the Reading Downtown Improvement District​ and funded in large part by Berks County Community Foundation​, the festival will take place January 18-19 in the 500 block of Penn Street.

We don’t have a schedule yet, but we can tell you that the festival will feature a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, including a chili cook-off, Snowfall Ball, professional ice-carving competitions, fire performances, live music, and concession stands. All outdoor activities will be free, and the chili cook-off and Snowfall Ball will have nominal entry fees.
