This award recognizes “an individual, group or organization/business that has furthered the mission of BCPS by improving the lives of offenders and returning citizens or their children or families, thus having a positive impact on them and the community as a whole”.

Award recipients will be chosen from the pool of nominees by the BCPS Event Committee; recipients will be honored at our Life Improvement Awards Breakfast on April 24th.

The Life Improvement Award is named after Paul J. Hoh, BCPS founder and first President of the Board of Directors. Paul remains an active supporter of BCPS programs and was inducted as a Life Improvement Ambassador in 2015.
