GoggleWorks Now Accepting Applications for the 2019 Summer Artist-In-Residency

The Summer Residency Program at GoggleWorks is a 10-week appointment designed to introduce new energy and interests into the GoggleWorks community with an emphasis on facilitating experimentation and cross-disciplinary projects. GoggleWorks will again be selecting three resident artists for summer 2019 and applicants can select from either a portfolio based application or a project proposal based application. Residents should be self-motivated and enthusiastic, dedicated to their artwork, and enjoy working with other people in a community studio setting. M.F.A. or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

Selection of residents is highly competitive and based on the strength of the project proposal and/or quality of the work and experience.

Residency Provides:

Fully-funded personal studio space with 24/7 access

Access to eight teaching studio

Furnished housing

Living stipend

Opportunity to teach in GoggleWorks community arts programs

Travel stipend

Material Stipend

Exhibition at the end of Residency
