Reading, PA  –   Reading Public Library’s Family Nights series will feature two programs in March.

On Monday, March 4 from 4 to 6 pm, representatives from CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program) will present a program on how CHIP can keep your children healthy and how to renew ones current plan.  One-on-one help will be available following the program, including bilingual representatives.  Happenings will also include a celebration of “Read Across America” with literary-themed activities.

On Monday, March 18 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, The Food Trust will present a nutrition and cooking workshop.  Included in the entertaining and informative program will be low cost cooking ideas, tasty nutrition tips, cooking and food tastings, and kitchen giveaways.
