Second Family Business Panel, KU  Features Recognized PA Business Leaders

Kutztown, PA…The Annual Entrepreneurial Leadership Week at Kutztown University will be held from Tuesday, March 27 through Thursday, March 29.  The series of workshops, presentations, and panels attracts businesspeople, faculty and students.  All programs are open to the public and offered at no cost.  Registration is required at https://kutztown.hobsonsradius.com/ssc/eform/N70x82S70B20x6700tB8.ssc.

A Family Business Panel, organized by the Entrepreneurial Leadership Center at Kutztown University, is scheduled for Wednesday, March 28, at 6:00 p.m., in the McFarland Student Union, Room 223.    Featured speakers include Nick Igdalsky, CEO, Pocono Raceway; Jim Ludlow, President of Liquid Interactive; Stephanie Stoudt, Partner at Albright’s Mill & Wessner Trucking LLC.; and Susan Becker, owner of Jersey Ink Custom Apparel.

NICK IGDALSKY, CEO at Pocono Raceway

Nick Igdalsky, CEO of Pocono Raceway, has always been a part of the Pocono Raceway family as his grandparents were the original founders and operators. Prior to being CEO, Nick was the raceway’s Chief Operations Officer and Senior Vice President for 10 years. Nick was also the manager of South Boston Speedway. During this time, he helped build the facility into one of the best short tracks in the country. Nick also has experience racing. He competed in ARCA and IMSA National Series as well as NASCAR Whelen All American Series.

JIM LUDLOW, President of Liquid Interactive

Jim Ludlow is the Vice-Chair of the KU Council of Trustees. Jim is an experienced and proven business executive committed to always achieving profitable results by serving clients and employees to the best of his abilities. Jim is currently president of Liquid Interactive, a digital marketing agency in Allentown. His company specializes in digital strategy, technology and design including marketing, web design and e-commerce solutions. Prior to that, Jim served Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. for 19 years, handling senior/director-level management assignments.

STEPHANIE STOUDT, Partner at Albright’s Mill & Wessner Trucking LLC.

Stephanie Stoudt is a partner at Albright’s Mill & Wessner Trucking LLC, a five-generation family business in Kempton, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Stoudt earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business Management from Penn State. Along with managing the daily operations, she spearheads the company’s human resources and helps run the trucking business. She is proud to represent the family business and join her Grandmother as the second female business owner at Albright’s Mill & Wessner Trucking. Aside from the business, Mrs. Stoudt is on the Board of Directors for PennAg Industries Association and a member of the Kempton Environmental Advisory Council.

SUSAN BECKER, Owner of Jersey Ink Custom Apparel

Susan Becker is the owner of Jersey Ink Custom Apparel. Susan started Jersey Ink 12 years. Now, she works side by side with her daughter Christina and with her son Dan, who does graphic design. Susan is passionate about her client’s needs and about building a long-term team with the right culture. Prior to Jersey Ink, Susan was a Systems Analyst at a firm in Colorado for 10 years, owned a daycare for seven years, and was a property owner and manager for 40 years.
