Tompkins VIST Bank Hires Chief Credit Officer

WYOMISSING, PA –  Tompkins VIST Bank has announced that Debora Ann Micka, of Exeter Township, has joined the company as senior vice president and chief credit officer.  In that role she provides corporate oversight of the bank’s loan portfolio, manages credit underwriting, and has responsibility for establishing risk ratings for commercial loan relationships.

A veteran of more than 35 years in financial services, Micka began her career at American Bank, a predecessor of Wells Fargo.  She continued her career at DNB First, Allegiance Bank of North America, and First Priority Bank and comes to VIST Bank from Phoenixville Federal Bank and Trust, where she was chief credit officer.  Her experience includes credit analysis, commercial real estate lending, loan review and writing and maintaining bank policies.

She graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of science degree in Economics and Finance.

Active in the community, Micka is on the board and finance committee of The Clinic in Phoenixville and serves on a Seedcopa SBA 504 Loan Committee.
