The Food Safety Modernization Act Produce Rule Inspections will start in 2019 for the largest produce farms. In 2020 inspections will occur for farms over $250,000. By 2021, all farms over $27,000 in gross sales will be inspected. This meeting will provide an example of what farmers can expect from a FSMA inspection.
