What is the NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group Program?

NAMI Connection is a recovery support group program that offers respect, understanding, encouragement and hope.

NAMI Connection groups are:

  • Free and confidential
  • Held weekly for 90 minutes
  • Designed to connect, encourage, and support participants using a structured support group model
  • Led by trained facilitators living in recovery themselves

The NAMI Berks County PA Connection Recovery Support Group meets the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, 6:30pm to 8:00pm, at St. James Church, 644 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611.

*The entrance is the glass door at the rear of the church on Cherry Street.  Parking is available on street or the public lot between Franklin and Cherry just behind the church, enter from Franklin Street.
