Berks Arts Council Elects New Officers and Members of Board of Directors

Reading, PA… The Berks Arts Council, Reading PA has announced the election of its new officers for the 2019-2020. Keith Mooney, Attorney, Barley Snyder has been named President; Chris Zavecz, Financial Advisor, McQueen Ball as VP of Administration; Brian Bubnis, Financial Advisor Morgan Stanley as VP of Programs; Jim Landrigan, Community Advocate as Treasurer and Andrew Marker, Branch Manager, Fulton Bank as Secretary. Kent Davis, Financial Advisor, Morgan Stanley will serve as Past President.

The Berks Arts Council has also elected five new board members:

  • Kevin Barnhardt, Berks County Commissioner
  • Frank Buttaro, Jr, Colebrookedale Railroad
  • Lucille DiGiamberardino, Psychotherapist and Jazz Vocalist
  • Ann Marie Hayes-Hawkinson, Associate to the President, Kutztown University
  • Mike Kuczala, Author, Keynote Speaker, Professional Developer

Through the creation and support of varying art events, community collaborations and grants, the Berks Arts Council positively impacts our community cultural and economic well-being. The mission of the Berks Arts Council is to inspire, unite and grow our community through arts collaboration, education and presentations. Our vision is to support community and economic growth, promote positive change and create a more connected community. Today, in everything the Berks Arts Council does and supports, we seek to make Berks County, PA a more creative, more desirable, and a more resilient community.
