NAMI Family to Family class begins Tuesday, September 3rd through November 19th, 2019.
Family-to-Family class will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-9:00 PM at Calvary UCC, 640 Centre Avenue, Reading PA 19601.
- Free 12-session education program for persons 18 years of age and older who have family members or significant others living with mental illness.
- Designed to help all family members understand and support their loved one living with mental illness, while maintaining their own well-being.
- Information on illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression and other mental health conditions.
- Program is taught by trained teachers who are also family members.
