A global company that provides innovative transportation, supply chain and technology solutions, Penske promotes an environment that embraces diversity and inclusion. Penske was recently recognized on the Women in Trucking organization’s 2019 list of “Top Companies for Women to Work for in Transportation.” Berks Fire and Water Restorations, in partnership with the Restoration Technical Institute, has developed programing to foster the growth and development of opportunities in the restoration and construction industry for women and professionals who have English as a second language.

Reading Truck Body has established a comprehensive program to attract, train and support non-English speaking employees at its Reading plant.
