Recognizing that people affected by mental illness often serve as vital components of society in a wide variety of ways, NAMI Berks County PA is a grassroots mental health organization of families and individuals whose lives have been affected by mental illness. We are an Affiliate of NAMI and of NAMI Keystone, PA. We advocate for lives of quality and respect, without discrimination and stigma, for all of our constituents. NAMI Connection Peer Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. This support group is unique, because it follows a structured model to ensure that everyone in the group has an opportunity to be heard. 2nd and 4th Thursday evening of every month, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm. NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Family Support Group – a peer-led support group for family members, caregivers and loved ones of individuals living with a mental health condition.
