Reading, PA – The Centro Hispano Daniel Torres will host a virtual town hall tomorrow, Thursday May 14, via its Centro Hispano Daniel Torres Facebook page. The live stream will air in two segments. Beginning at 7pm the town hall will be conducted in English. At 7:45 the town hall will be conducted in Spanish to reach the Spanish speaking members of our community. The panel of presenters for tomorrow’s town hall will include: Dr. Luis Murillo of Tower Health and Dr. Demetrius E. Bravidis of the Berks Community Health Center. Also joining us will be Berks County Commissioner Michael Rivera and City Council woman Johanny Cepeda-Freytiz.

“With so much information being circulated around the Coronavirus and its impact in our community, we wanted to bring together Medical professionals and leaders of our community to share the latest on what we are seeing here in Reading”, said Centro Hispano’s CEO Mike Toledo. “This will be the first of many future town hall discussions to help our community become better educated and aware of the Coronavirus’s impact in our community and to better separate facts from fiction.”
