Reading Hospital Appoints Min Lee as Vice President of Operations

Effective May 26, Reading Hospital has appointed Min Lee, MBA, MHA, as Vice President, Operations at Reading Hospital.

In her role, Ms. Lee will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing hospital operations, select ancillary departments, and support services at Reading Hospital. She will provide direction of those departments, working to optimize clinical quality and patient experience while meeting budget and operational goals. She will also assist in developing short- and long-term operations plans that align with the strategic mission of Reading Hospital and Tower Health.  

 As a dynamic healthcare executive, Ms. Lee brings strong leadership and hospital operations experience to Reading Hospital. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations for Emory Healthcare at Emory University Hospital Midtown, a 550-bed academic medical center in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, she provided strategic direction and operational oversight for multiple departments, including Environmental Services, Facilities Management, Imaging Services, Pharmacy Services, Property Management, and Respiratory Services. She also led the Kaiser Permanente integration efforts for Emory Midtown along with various construction projects to support the growth on the Midtown campus. Ms. Lee also served in several other roles at Emory including Senior Manager for Business Operations, Program Manager, Administrative Fellow, and Communications Specialist.

 Ms. Lee earned an MBA/MHA from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. She is Lean Certified and is currently enrolled in Woodruff Health Sciences Leadership Academy. She is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
