Support Groups and Webinars focused on Mental Health

Family Support Groups are free, confidential, and open to anyone age 18 and older who has a family member or loved one with a mental health condition.  The Support Group meeting will be held using Zoom, an easy way to connect online.

Attendees will learn how to be there for someone in need and resources that are available to those who need help. Three young adults will also share their personal mental health journeys and how they have coped through COVID-19.
