Are Consumers Ready to Return to Downtown? Find out here

Over the past month, the RDIDA, with help from the International Downtown Association, conducted a survey on downtown consumer confidence during these uncertain times. The results compare responses between downtown Reading participants and all other participants.

The feedback gained is helpful as we continue business through 2020 and beyond. Also included, was a chance for participants to provide open ended feedback on reopening which we have included for transparency sake.
