Heffner Boosts Operations Team at Liberty Environmental

Reading, PA: Liberty Environmental is pleased to announce  the addition of Deb Heffner, CEcD to our team as Operations Administrator.  

 “Deb has brought a fantastic energy to our operations team. With her superior client relations, attention to detail, and overall organizational skills, Deb’s addition will further enhance the experience of our clients and our team of professionals”, shared David Coyne, QEP, Principal and Chief Operations Officer.  

In her new role, Deb provides office management, accounting support, and human resources coordination for the firm of 30 environmental professionals. She joins Liberty with a wealth of experience in these areas, having held progressive positions with the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance and Greater Reading Economic Partnership for the past 17 years.  

A champion for the Berks community, Deb resides in the Oley Valley where she serves as the Vice President of the Board of Trustees for the Oley Valley Community Education Foundation. In addition she is a member of the Industrial Asset Management Council Board and the Pennsylvania DCED Marketing Committee.
