The Heritage of Green Hills, a healthy life plan community in Shillington, Pa., has named Missy Lengle Director of Sales and Marketing.
In this role, Lengle is responsible for all aspects of sales management including occupancy growth, market trend analyses, and execution of sales strategies and tactics. She will also collaborate with the administrator of The Heritage’s personal care and memory care neighborhood on marketing activities.
“Missy is very passionate about senior living, and we are thrilled to have that drive and energy on our team,” said Doug Walther, Executive Director of The Heritage of Green Hills. “Her broad-based expertise in business strategy, sales, marketing, business development, and program design and launch will be extremely valuable as we continue to grow and serve this region.”
Prior to joining The Heritage of Green Hills, Lengle was Director of Sales and Marketing at Pleasant View Communities and the Lofts of Lititz Springs, and held similar roles with Country Meadows Retirement Communities.
“I am thrilled to join The Heritage of Green Hills, because this isn’t your typical retirement community,” said Lengle. “Well by DesignSM is a strong selling point for active seniors, as is our commitment to creating programs based on residents’ interests and hobbies. All of this helps residents stay independent longer, engage with each other, and live well-rounded lives.”
Lengle resides in the Reading area and is involved with a number of community organizations in the region including the Alzheimer’s Association; Meals on Wheels; Pottsville Food Pantry and Soup Kitchen; Our Town Foundation; Make-a-Wish Telethon and Foundation; and Good Samaritan Foundation.
Lengle earned an Associate’s Degree in Marketing and Management from McCann School of Business and Technology, Pottsville.
