Berks County VA Hosting Health Care and Enrollment Fair

Lebanon VA Medical Center is hosting a Health Care and Enrollment Fair on Wednesday, March 31, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., at Berks Community Clinic, 2762 Century Blvd., Suite 120 Wyomissing, PA 19610.

Veterans may qualify for FREE or REDUCED-COST health care from VA. Apply for VA Health Care on the spot at this event and learn about the benefits you may have earned!

Eligible Veterans will have the opportunity to schedule future appointments for the Primary Care Clinic and COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic.

Bring DD 214s, 2019 tax return or income information and 2019 out-of-pocket household medical expenses to apply for VA Health Care.

Social distancing and mask wearing are required. If you have questions about the event, call (717) 272-6621 ext. 4298
