Notice of Public Hearings by City of Reading Zoning Hearing Board

Notice is hereby given that the City of Reading Zoning Hearing Board will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the following matters. Due to the COVID-19 Emergency Declaration, members of the public cannot attend the meeting in person, but may attend and/or participate via Zoom or by phone.

Members of the public who wish to participate must register in advance by providing their name, address, and phone number or email address to the Zoning Administrator by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, via email to [email protected] or via phone to (610) 655-6505.

Caisaguano & Socorro Navarro Aguas (record owners) appeal an enforcement notice issued January 23, 2021 for violation of Appeal #2018-22 relative to a taxicab office and dispatch headquarters at 534 Minor Street; variances are also requested from parking design and construction, landscaping, and maximum impervious coverage requirements in order to expand the existing parking area at 534 Minor Street to include two adjacent parcels, 532 and 532R Minor Street.
