Tompkins VIST Bank Promotes Marker, Richards

Tompkins VIST Bank announced the promotion of Andrew Marker and Jorge Richards to branch manager. Their role will be to lead the success efforts of their respective offices by assuring excellent service, supervising staff and growing relationships with customers and the community.

Marker, manager of the Blandon office, has more than 37 years in banking.  A resident of Sinking Spring, he joined Tompkins VIST Bank in 2019 as assistant branch manager.  A graduate of Penn State University with a degree in finance, he also completed the Leadership Berks program. His volunteer activities include serving as secretary of the Berks Arts Council.

Richards, manager of the Hamburg office, joined Tompkins VIST Bank in 2015 as a teller.  He is a resident of Schuylkill Haven and received a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Penn State University.  Active in the community, he supports the United Way, The Salvation Army, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Taste of Kutztown festival. He also is a member of Greater Reading Young Professionals.
