Downtown Reading’s Contact Center to expand its presence

Reading, PA – Visions Federal Credit Union is expanding its Contact Center presence in downtown Reading, with a new location planned for early 2022 at 35 North 6th Street. The expansion coincides with a downtown revitalization effort spearheaded by the local Shuman Development Group.

“Reading is growing and so are we,” said Ty Muse, Visions’ President/CEO. “Their efforts directly align with our community focus and organizational culture. We’re excited to be part of the downtown revitalization and provide more job opportunities to the area.”
