New LaunchBox Lending Library and more resources for Startups

Ready for some summer reading to help move your startup idea forward?

The Berks LaunchBox obtained a gift from Barnes & Noble to outfit their bookshelves with a free lending library that is open to the Berks County community. Books cover topics that help entrepreneurs learn key information about testing the viability of a startup idea or running a business. There are also “how to” books for makers and hobbyists looking for inspiration on home projects and hobbies that can be completed in our Makerspace.

Review our full list of books and you can contact Michelle Hnath to borrow or review a book at the LaunchBox, located at the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts.

The mission of the Berks LaunchBox is to be the “hub” that connects local entrepreneurs to the support, resources, and facilities they need to build a sustainable and scalable business with a viable plan for growth.

Do you have a business idea, but not sure where to start?
Do you need help creating a pitch, MVP, or prototype? Looking for legal resources?  We can help! Please contact the Berks LaunchBox to schedule a call or video meeting for FREE assistance. Visit our website for more information.

The Berks LaunchBox is now supporting nine coworking companies who are early-stage, scalable startups needing office space, equipment for prototyping, legal support, meeting space, community connections, mentoring, and networking! Some work virtually, others in-person, but all use various resources from the Berks LaunchBox as they morph and grow. They get one year of free, in-person, office space, so spots can open up each year for new startups.  Do you have a startup idea and need some help getting started? Contact us!
