Tompkins VIST Bank announced the promotion of Audra Glassmire to senior vice president and Commercial Banking regional manager. In her new role she will work with a team of commercial lenders to serve the financial needs of businesses and professional groups in Berks and surrounding counties.
Glassmire, of Leesport, joined Tompkins VIST Bank in August 2020. She has 29 years of extensive experience in middle market and small business lending, previously working at Wells Fargo Bank, Citizens Bank and most recently, Santander Bank.
“Audra is very proactive in serving customers and has proven leadership qualities in motivating and supporting her commercial lending teammates,” said Gary Moyer, executive vice president and chief lending officer. “In her new role, we know she will be an even greater asset to our clients.”
Glassmire received a B.S. from Kutztown University. She is active in the community, especially in supporting youth sports. She serves as a coach for the Schuylkill Valley School District’s “Girls on the Run,” and is a founding member of the Schuylkill Valley Youth Lacrosse Organization, which has evolved into a full high school girls and boys program. An avid runner herself, she has competed in a number of marathons and other road races, traveling up and down the East Coast.
