Poetry Reading at Studio B, Boyertown Celebrates “My Favorite Things”

On August 15, 2021, from 2-4 p.m., Studio B, Boyertown invites the community to meet with writers whose work appears in “My Favorite Things”, the Studio’s 8th book of poetry, prose, and art. Casual sharing of their works, their publishing experiences, and an opportunity to purchase copies of their published works will be offered. Among the writers participating are Claudia and Wesley Bahorik, Theresa Rodriguez, Marilyn and Patrick Klimcho, Linda and Ted Thomas, Craig Bennett, Ashley Rupert, Sandy Seaman, John Yamrus, and juror for the book’s prize awards Bob Wood.

The corresponding exhibition is on display Saturdays and Sundays 12-2pm ending August 22, 2021. The event is free and open to the public.

In addition, Yamrus, who has just released his 32nd book of poetry “Selected Poems”, a collection of work spanning over 50 years as a working writer, has allowed that his book, now available on Amazon for $28, will be available for purchase for those attending the event for $15 as his show of support for Studio B’s efforts to promote local writers.
