RKL Wealth Management’s Reardon Honored as “Forty Under 40” Young Leader

RKL Wealth Management LLC is pleased to announce that Senior Wealth Advisor Thomas D. Reardon, CFP®, has been selected as one of Lehigh Valley Business’ 2021 “Forty Under 40” honorees. This annual awards program recognizes the Greater Lehigh Valley’s most accomplished young business leaders for their commitment to business growth, professional excellence and the community.

“Tom Reardon is a valued team member, respected colleague and trusted advisor,” said RKL Wealth Management President Laurie Peer. “We are proud to see Tom celebrated for his positive qualities and his efforts to help our clients plan, prepare and invest for what’s next.”

As Senior Wealth Advisor, Reardon creates and implements customized financial plans for individuals and families. He specializes in helping clients identify and prioritize goals for retirement, educational funding and estate planning. Reardon is a member of the RKL Wealth Management leadership team, helping to develop best practices, drive change, identify challenges and create solutions for the firm.

Reardon is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a B.S. in Business Management from West Chester University. He is a member of the Berks County Estate Planning Association, Financial Planning Association and Greater Reading Young Professionals. Reardon is an engaged leader and hands-on volunteer in his community, serving on the boards of the Tri Valley YMCA and the Wyomissing Football Association and the Finance Committee of Bausman Memorial United Church. He resides in Wyomissing with his family.
