Wyomissing, PA—The Highlands at Wyomissing® recently named Cameron Martin as its new Vice President of Development and Marketing. In this newly created role, Martin will be chiefly responsible for the design and implementation of all fundraising and development activities, marketing and communications initiatives, and community outreach.

Martin brings more than 14 years’ experience working in development and implementing new fundraising strategies for Berks and Lancaster County non-profit organizations. Most recently, he served as the Director of Development for Reading Hospital Foundation. In his previous positions, Martin has worked to achieve annual fundraising goals by cultivating new donors, increasing major gift proposals and serving on various capital campaign committees.
Martin earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Millersville University, and a master’s in Leadership Studies from Lancaster Bible College. Currently he serves on the Millersville University Alumni Association board and is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Berks Regional Chapter. He resides in New Holland with his wife, Randi, and their two children.
