The County of Berks invites citizens, public agencies and other interested parties to participate in the development of the County’s HOME Investment Partnerships Program-American Rescue Pan (HOME-ARP) plan by participating in a virtual public hearing on Monday, October 4 at 6:30pm. via teleconference utilizing Zoom video conferencing software. An invitation and instructions how to join the Authority’s teleconference (Zoom) meeting may be found at the Authority’s website at https://www.co.berks.pa.us/Dept/BerksRA.
The purpose of the hearing is to obtain the views and comments of individuals and organizations regarding the proposed HOME-ARP Plan. The County may use the funds for administration & planning, rental housing, tenant-based rental assistance, supportive services, non-congregate shelter, or operating & capacity building.
All citizens, public agencies and other interested parties may participate in this hearing, phone-in during the hearing to offer their views and comments. Written comments should be mailed to the Berks County Redevelopment Authority, 606 Court Street. 3rd Floor, Reading, PA 19601.
