Running to Revitalize Our Community

This October, the Reading-Berks Association of REALTORS® (R-BRAR) is proud to work together with Habitat for Humanity of Berks County and Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Berks, Inc. for their 2nd annual 5K Run for Shelter. Together, we strive to increase neighborhood revitalization, create additional housing opportunities, and restore hope for deserving families’ right here in Berks County!

This community fundraiser will promote and benefit the initiatives of these non-profit organizations and help to increase their capacity to educate, build, and provide safe home in addition to increasing neighborhood values. By bringing neighbors together in a positive and healthy way, we can help to revitalize our communities and build a strong foundation for the future of our area.

Help us make a difference right here in Berks County!

Join us at Gring’s Mill Recreation Center for a very scenic, packed cinder & paved course as you run along the Tulpehocken Creek. There is a timeclock at finish with instant results. Overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd male and female finishers plus top male and female age group finishers will win awards. T-shirts are guaranteed to all registered and paid by September 30. Visit www.realestateinberks.com/5K to register.
