If you won items in our Octoberfest Auction, please pick up at our studio from 10-2 on Saturday 10/30, or 9-5 Mon 11/1 – Fri 11/5. We are located at 401 Penn Street in the Alvernia CollegeTowne Campus. The front desk staff will let you in the building. If you need to make special pickup arrangements please email [email protected].
Parking is available on Penn Street in front the building or in Chiarelli Plaza (3rd and Court/Washington) and 4th & Cherry garages. Bring your garage ticket with you so that we can validate it for you!

The auction catalog is available for online bidding only, and the lots will close to the highest bidders beginning at 7pm on Thursday, October 28 – concurrently with an on-air spectacular including special guests and entertainment. The on-air portion will be live on BCTV, and streams live via bctv.org.
The 2021 Octoberfest Benefit Auction supports BCTV and our mission to empower people and engage community through media.

Our fundraiser auction is a multifaceted transaction of generosity, all in the name of community media. Hundreds of businesses and individuals donate wonderful items to be sold to bidders during our Octoberfest auction. Then hundreds MORE individuals and businesses make their supporting pledges in the way of bids. The winning bidders receive the items, and BCTV garners the fundraising support that we need to continue our service to Berks County.
The Octoberfest auction is our largest fundraiser each year, and it makes your community media possible. We can’t do it without you. Here are the details for the 2021 Annual Octoberfest Auction:

A fun, fundraising, (and sometimes even funny!) event on BCTV. Beginning at 7pm on Thursday, October 28, our auctioneer serves as emcee in our studio and along with special guests and performances takes us through the catalog as each item sells to the highest online bidder. Watch along, bid along, and help us meet our goal.
